How to Get There

– Once you reach the metropolitan area of Rome: Take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA/A90) southbound. Take exit 26 towards the SS148 Pontina, towards Pomezia/Latina. Continue on the SS148 Pontina for about 23 km until you reach the signs for Pomezia Centro. Travel time: about 30-35 minutes, depending on traffic.

– Rental service with driver: present in Pomezia and Rome, both cars and minivans

– From Rome or to Rome: if you are departing from Roma Termini or Tiburtina, you can board a regional train to Latina, Nettuno, Formia or Naples or vice versa if you are departing from or passing through these destinations. The important thing is to choose a train that stops at the station of Pomezia-Santa Palomba. Once you arrive at Pomezia-Santa Palomba station, you have two options to get to the city center: you can take a taxi, which is comfortable and fast, or you can rely on the local buses, usually operated by Cotral or Troiani, which connect the station to the center of Pomezia.

– From Rome Fiumicino Airport: you will have to take the Leonardo Express train from Fiumicino to Roma Termini. This train is direct and very frequent, with departures every 15-30 minutes. Once you arrive at Roma Termini, you will have to change trains and take a regional train towards Latina, Nettuno, Formia or Naples, making sure that it stops at the Pomezia-Santa Palomba station. The duration of this route will be about 20 minutes. When you arrive at Pomezia-Santa Palomba station, you can take a taxi or one of the local buses operated by Cotral or Troiani, which will take you quickly to the center of Pomezia.

– From Rome: at Laurentina station (also served by the metro line B), take a bus of the Cotral company that connects Rome to Pomezia. There are several lines that start from Rome and arrive in Pomezia. The bus will drop you off in the center of Pomezia, from where you can easily reach other destinations by taxi or local public transport. Cotral buses are quite frequent throughout the day, with regular departures from Rome. Always check the specific timetables of the lines on the official Cotral website (www. cotralspa.it) to be sure of the departure and arrival times.

– From Ciampino Airport: Exit the airport and take bus line 720 towards Laurentina. Once you arrive at Laurentina station, take a bus of the Cotral company that connects Rome to Pomezia. From Rome there are several bus lines to Pomezia, which will take you comfortably to the city center. From there, you can continue to other destinations using taxis or local public transport. Cotral buses operate with a good frequency throughout the day, ensuring regular departures.
